IngoLingo is an online service that helps you to enrich your vocabulary. The mission is making you able to read a newspaper in an entirely different language after three months training. As it is said within the site, a newspaper has 3000 words. To accomplish the mission, you will be given lessons to memorize and familiarize yourself with 15 new words every day during three months. Repetition is the key of its method.
Basically, here you have to guess what a word means based on its associated picture, but of course the picture isn’t made so obvious in describing the word. The result is profiled to track your progress so as to check in what words you are weak and strong. The progress panel within your account will display the number of the words you have learned so far.
The site describes itself as follows:
Ingolingo is a simple tool that allows you to quickly learn a large number of words in a foreign language. Right now, we support: English, French, Spanish, Chinese (Pinyin & Characters) and German. More languages are coming everyday.
I love this. The idea to be able to read a 3000 words text in a different language within three months by memorizing only a very few 15 words each day is great and, the most important, isn’t stressful at all. Visit IngoLingo to learn a new language now.
